• OUR RETURN POLICY

If you have purchased the wrong size or would like to exchange  an item(s) you may return the item(s) with in 10 days of the receipt for an exchange.

The item you are returning must not have been used,  all tags need to be attached.

You must call customer service and get a RMA  number or your package  will be refused and returned to sender. RMA must be written on outside of package.

We do not take returns on custom made items or clearance.

The customer is responsible for the shipping  both ways on returns, shipping the item back or it will be billed to the card on file.

 

  • RETURNING A PRODUCT

Call customer  service and ask for RMA number (must have order # or full name on billing statement)

Once your item is received it may take 3-4 business days to process your return.  You will receive tracking info once your replacement has been sent, or an email will be sent with your credit information.

 

  • SHIPPING

If package is damaged in transit .  Please contact us. Do not throw any material/packaging, box away.  We will file a claim  with shipping company.  Replacement item will be mailed.

Please note items are shipped Monday thru Friday.  No shipping will done/processed on legal holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on Friday , Saturday or Sunday will be processed next business day.
